BE CAREFUL OF THE WEIGHT OF THE MATTING IF HANDLED BY A SINGLE PERSON!!!
Whenever possible, we try to make our technical mats in a single piece.
However, with large dimensions it may be necessary to divide the mat into
several pieces based on the following criteria:
For mats that are longer and/or heavier than the criteria given above,
a
surcharge
will be added to cover specific packaging and shipping costs.
Some weigh indications for some of our mat references:

of Romat 12 mm weighs 9.5 Kg.

of Romat 17 mm with PVC inserts weighs 16.5 Kg.

Please do not forget to indicate the
position of doors if the mat is in several
pieces.

If the dimension of the length of the
profiles is longer than the limits shown in
the table above, the mats will need to be
manufactured in several pieces as follows:

Never manufactured in the following
conditions:
ADVICE
Concerning ROMAT and ROMAT GT
mats: if the matting is delivered in
2 units or more, we strongly advise
placing JUNCTION CLIPS between
the units, especially at the ends and
in the middle of the junction.
This helps the profiles to stay lined
up between the mats, which is more
aesthetically pleasing, and prevents
the mats frommoving when there is
an intense traffic.
QUOTES FOR SPECIAL SHAPES
For all shapes of mat that are NOT STANDARD, either:
- Not right angles
- Special shapes with or without a template,

The surface area used in the quote will be for a square
or rectangle containing the mat shape.

A surchage will be applied to:
+15 %: ROMAT, ESPLANADE, LIGHT and DESIGN
+20 %: ROMAT GT and REVERSIBLE
